"Is this therapy?"
No. FMS works with the body, intuition, nervous system, and energy field to create rapid change without processing loops. It complements therapy beautifully but works on different layers. I am not a therapist or a doctor, I recommend women are not in a place of crisis for this journey, but rather have the space and capacity for revolutionary change.
"Why do I need to schedule a Call first?
Because FMS is not for everyone. The call allows us to see if the timing, the pace, and the depth of the work match what your system is ready for right now. You deserve to enter a container that is truly meant for you, not one you choose out of impulse or hope.
"I tend to already have a busy schedule. Can I make this fit?"
Yes. The program is designed to work within a full life. The modules are self paced, the integration practices and meditations are short, and there is one healing call each week. Most women spend about three to four hours total, including the practices.
