This session explores the energy field of the lips. In this field the energies of how we nourish ourselves and others, with words and actions, and how we seek out our pleasures and cares show up. I believe listening to this session a few times will benefit these areas of our lives and will appear in the physical structure of our lips as well. I initially made this session because I noticed the corners of my lips were disappearing due to tension, so I am eager to see how releasing the tension in the field will impact the tension in my face.
